**Job Description for Event sales -**

**Event Planning**:

- Plan and execute engaging sales events to promote our products/services.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients for event participation.
- Ensure that all promotional materials align with the company's brand and messaging.

**Promotional Strategies**:

- Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to drive attendance and sales during events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event messaging and materials.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

**Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

**Education & Skills Required -**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Salary**: ₹10,244.79 - ₹30,000.20 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
