- Provide information about services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team leader to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Help identify areas for process improvement within the support team.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
