**Responsibilities**:
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist doctors in scheduling international patient appointments, ensuring accurate time zone conversions and efficient allocation of doctor's time.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with international patients, clearly understanding their needs, and providing assistance with appointment details, medical inquiries, and follow-up instructions.
- Language and Accent: Possess the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in various international accents, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to doctors, including maintaining appointment calendars, sending appointment reminders, and updating patient records.
- Hybrid Work Model: Adhere to a rotational shift schedule, combining in-office and remote work, to ensure coverage for international time zones and efficient patient communication.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and inquiries in the designated database or software.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to optimize patient care and ensure smooth communication between medical staff and patients.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness when interacting with international patients to ensure a positive and respectful experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, communication, or related disciplines) preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and adapt to various international accents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor to create a welcoming experience for international patients.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, databases, and other relevant tools for appointment management and administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, particularly in a healthcare setting, is a plus.
- Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new software and tools as needed.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
