Job Description:
1. Outbound Calling: Conducting outbound calls to potential students or clients provided by the institute to generate interest and leads for our offerings.

2. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads by gathering information about their educational background, career goals, and interests to tailor our offerings accordingly.

3. Course Information: Providing comprehensive information about our courses, programs, and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings to address questions and concerns effectively.

4. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for interested individuals to meet with our counselors or admissions officers for further discussions or enrollment.

5. Follow-Up: Regularly following up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled, utilizing persistence to convert leads into actual students.

6. Handling Objections: Addressing objections or concerns potential students may have and providing solutions or alternatives to alleviate these concerns.

7. Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all interactions with leads, including contact details, interests, and outcomes of calls, to track progress and optimize strategies.

8. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from leads who did not enroll to understand their reasons and using this feedback to improve our offerings and sales strategies.

9. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the institute, which may include enrollment quotas or revenue goals.

10. Communication Skills: Demonstrating strong communication and persuasion skills to engage leads effectively and convey the value of our courses.

11. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the latest information about our training programs, courses, and industry trends to address questions and concerns knowledgeably.

12. Professionalism: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with leads, representing the institute positively.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
