**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provision of concept designs/drawings/proposals to demonstrate the functionality and technical concept.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Preparing technical proposals & quotations that are engaging and professional B.O.Q preparation, Preparing RFI, RFP, Case Studies.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
- Client coordination
- New Tender acquisition through various govt portals.
- Preparing tender documents.
- Liaising with the Technical teams to confirm technical product specifications.
- Conducting site surveys with business managers.
- Design Audio-Video Solution for Conference Rooms/Meetings Rooms, Auditoriums,

Banquet Halls, Stadiums, Classrooms and Public Address System.
- Develop Detailed Specifications for the designed solution
- Understanding the requirement of Client and design the solution as per requirement.
- Provide complete project Engineering, selection of applicable makes and materials.
- Assist the sales organization by attending pre-bid meetings on tender activity.
- Work with OEM and other vendors to obtain best solution, most competitive price and proper lead time of

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Must have knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineer or a related field
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar position
- Computer software literacy - MS Office

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
