Presales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Identify opportunities and provide information to prospects telephonically.
Assist the sales team in converting leads into sales.
Drive walk-ins to the site to contribute to the team's efforts.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, recognizing the tone and mood of customers.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and personalization in communication.
Comprehend and respond to all customer queries through chat with immediate resolution in real-time.
Provide superior service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Real Estate domain is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
Adaptable and empathetic towards customers' needs.
Ability to comprehend and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Willingness to travel to various locations.
Preference for onsite females.
Location: Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
