**Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Founder’s Office at Assessli. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and executive team, providing you with deep insights into the inner workings of a fast-paced startup. You will be involved in strategic initiatives, research, operational tasks, and cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Support**: Assist the founder in daily operations, including preparation for meetings, presentations, and decision-making processes.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- **Project Management**: Work on special projects that span across various functions of the company, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Help streamline processes and develop systems to improve overall efficiency within the Founder’s Office.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Provide support on various other tasks as required by the founder and leadership team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Experience**: Previous internship or experience in a startup environment, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
- **Traits**: Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
