**JD- E-commerce Specialist**

We are currently seeking young, highly charged, PC & English literate, detail-oriented professionals for our **E-commerce division** to maximise sales of our iPhone products, conduct product research, do competitive analysis, forecasting.

Creative online research to seek attractive products direct from the manufacturer. Create product title, description, keywords, and research online for more details from manufacturers and distributors. Help develop product descriptions and keyword research for optimal marketplace performance. Manage listings on eBay, Amazon, Walmart platforms ( Europe
& US) and many more platforms across Europe.
- Maximise sales of Refurbished iPhones through market places around the world.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in a similar role, with a focus on marketplace management and stock management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as eBay,

Amazon, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in stock forecasting, inventory management, and automated ordering systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, enabling you to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in pricing strategies and competitor analysis to drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Procurement.
- Prior experience in team management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier performance.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and report effectively to the CEO and Owner.
- Experience contributing to annual forecasts in terms of product spend and budget management.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Marketplace Management: o Oversee and optimize marketplace presence on platforms like eBay, Amazon, and

OnBuy to drive sales and increase brand visibility. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, incorporating high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords. o Continuously monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. o Regularly review and adjust prices based on market dynamics, competitor pricing, and internal profitability targets, while maintaining a competitive edge. o Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for slow-moving products, such as targeted campaigns, product bundles, or limited time offers.

2. Stock Forecasting and Automated Ordering: o Develop and implement a robust stock forecasting system that considers historical sales data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events. o Utilize automated ordering tools and systems to streamline inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. o Regularly monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment, proactively identifying potential delays or supply chain issues. o Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize storage and warehouse space utilization, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing carrying costs.

3. Sales Monitoring and Analysis: o Monitor sales performance across all product categories, leveraging data analytics tools and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. o Conduct thorough analysis of slow-moving stock, identifying underlying causes such as pricing, competition, or changes in customer preferences. o Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement targeted strategies to boost sales of slow-moving products, such as product bundling, cross-selling, or upselling. o Regularly compare prices with competitors to identify opportunities for price adjustments or promotional activities, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining margins.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability
