Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate leads for potential drivers.
- Build strong relationships with drivers, emphasizing company benefits.
- Screen and assess drivers based on predetermined criteria.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with potential drivers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and activities.
- Provide regular reports on driver acquisition progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the transportation industry and regulations.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
