Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive for a wildlife jungle resort is responsible for promoting and selling the resort's services and facilities to potential customers. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue. The executive will work closely with the resort management team to achieve business objectives and enhance the resort's brand image.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Identify target markets and customer segments for the wildlife jungle resort.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitors.
4. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential business partners.
5. Create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
6. Coordinate advertising and public relations activities to increase brand visibility.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about the resort's offerings, and assist with reservations.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the resort.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and business partners.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales deals.
6. Knowledge of wildlife conservation and eco-tourism practices is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
8. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
