We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Client & Product Billing Operations - OTIS team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra, HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for handling client queries via Service center request and calls (Semi-voice process)
- Abide by company policies / procedures and ensure all request are responded within 24hours TAT
- Track all pending / hold request and close the tickets as per onshore requirement.
- Connect regularly with onshore / offshore team for enhancing client service and find opportunities for quick resolution.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- 3-6 years of Experience in customer handling from capital market / Investment banking background
- Semi-voice process: Should have good written / verbal communication.
- Should be flexible working in night shift (6.30pm-3.30am IST) Standard shift.
