**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our photoshoot studio. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our studio's services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with eCommerce businesses, fashion brands, and other potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate new leads through calling and proactively identify potential clients in the eCommerce, fashion and clothing industries.

2. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target clients.

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

5. Present our studio's services and benefits to potential clients, highlighting our competitive advantages.

6. Collaborate with the Director to create tailored proposals and quotes for clients.

7. Provide customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

8. Prepare and deliver sales reports, and performance analysis to the management.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the eCommerce or photography industry.

2. Basic understanding of the eCommerce industry, online marketplaces, and fashion trends.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

4. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
