**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and target new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Present product information, features, and benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with potential clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- **Training and Education**:

- Train healthcare professionals on the proper use and handling of our surgical products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops at client sites.
- Provide educational materials and resources to support product knowledge.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of surgical products and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
