As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and selling our products/services to potential customers in designated geographic areas. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and set up meetings with decision-makers to discuss our products/services.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Customize presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of potential customers.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Develop and present proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
