**Salary**: 8 LPA

**RCM**
- 5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Worked on one or more implementations and at least one support project.
- Extensive experience in managing requisitions and offer templates.
- Good experience in RCM to ONB integration process.
- Good Knowledge and understanding of RCM, ONB Reports
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes
- Must have SAP SF RCM certificate.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
