**Job description**

**Title: Product Manager - ETOS Online Portal**

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Portal Development**: Lead the development and expansion of the ETOS Online portal, including the addition of accommodation, sightseeing, transfer, visa services, tour packages, and other relevant offerings.

2. **Supplier Integration**: Collaborate with various suppliers, including DMC travel agencies and other partners, to onboard their services onto the platform. Ensure seamless integration and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

3. **Content Management**: Oversee the addition of content to the portal, including descriptions, images, and other multimedia elements. Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging for users.

4. **User Experience Optimization**: Continuously improve the user experience of the ETOS Online portal, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

5. **Website Creation**: Lead the creation of the ETOS Online website, working closely with web developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

6. **Product Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the ETOS Online portal, taking into account market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs. Drive innovation and differentiation to maintain a leading position in the online travel market.

7. **Quality Assurance**: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the ETOS Online portal. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT, to align product initiatives with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

Strong understanding of online platforms and technologies, with experience in website development and content management systems.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Passion for travel and tourism, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
