**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration for lubricants products.
- Identify and prioritize potential customers, markets, and segments to target for business growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, retailers, and end-users.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- **Market Analysis and Business Development**:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the lubricants market.
- Develop and implement business development initiatives to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
- **Product Knowledge and Support**:

- Provide technical support and product training to customers to ensure proper usage and satisfaction with the products.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales agreements with customers.
- Ensure all sales transactions are accurately documented and recorded in the company's CRM system.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions to enhance sales performance.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay updated on product developments and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role is primarily field-based, requiring regular travel to visit customers, distributors, and industry events.
- Standard office hours apply, but flexibility is required to accommodate customer schedules and travel demands.
- Interaction with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
