**Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and maximize productivity. Your role will involve managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. You will be a critical liaison between the executive(s) and ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and manage busy schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize conflicting schedule demands and ensure optimal use of time.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and distribute them to attendees in advance.
- Record meeting minutes and action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- **Communication Liaison**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive(s), screening and directing incoming communications.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to ensure effective communication flow.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, clients, and vendors on behalf of the executive(s).
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs, ensuring all arrangements meet the executive's preferences and requirements.
- **Task Prioritization and Time Management**:

- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, adapting to changing needs and deadlines.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Additional languages and experience in event planning or project management are advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹18,150.87 - ₹25,472.10 per month
