We are currently hiring for **Visa Officer** in Pune
Position: Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Ex - Experience working in Travel Industry - Visa
Location - Pune (Kharadi)

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Responding to customer inquiries: Your primary responsibility should be to respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and accurately. This includes answering questions about products or services, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
- Providing customer service: You should provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customers' needs, providing helpful solutions, and offering support throughout the customer's journey.
- Resolving issues: You should work to resolve customer issues, including technical problems, billing inquiries, and complaints. This involves troubleshooting, investigating, and finding solutions to customer problems.
- Documenting customer interactions: You should keep a record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. This helps to ensure consistency in service and provides valuable feedback for improving customer support.
- Collaborating with other teams: You should collaborate with other teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to share customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide input on how to enhance the customer experience.

**Skill Set Required**:

- Good communication skills in English; both written and verbal
- Knowledge about online & offline visa process & requirements
- Coordinate with travel agents & clients
- Documents verification (online & offline)
- should be updated with any change in requirements, process, fee or processing time by visiting website on regular basis.
- Freshers can also apply

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
