Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Consultant located in Pune. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for handling visitor providing consultation services, and facilitating communication with clients and relevant authorities on visa matters.


Visa Application Processing:

  • Handle visitor visa applications for Schengen, USA, Australia and UK amongst others.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete and submit visa application forms on behalf of clients.
  • Track and follow up on the status of visa applications and communicate updates to clients.


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with the latest visa regulations and updates for each destination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate the visa application process.

·      Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain visa application files and related documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Generate and maintain reports on visa application statuses and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of (1/2) years of experience as a Visa Executive or in a similar role handling international visa applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for Schengen, USA, and the United Kingdom will be appreciated.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with travel and immigration regulations and trends is advantageous.

Job type: Full time -on site (work from office only) on a permanent basis.

Shift: Day shift only

Location: Kharadi

Weekly off: 4th Saturday and all Sundays

Salary: Rs. 4.20 to 4.50 lakhs per annum CTC.

Interview procedure:

  • First round will be a virtual one over the Microsoft Teams.
  • Second and final round will be a face-to-face at our Kharadi office.
  • The shortlisted candidate will be issued a conditional offer letter on the same day.
