**The Team**

We’re a small but mighty group of ~100 passionate individuals excited about building a product that professional services and customer onboarding teams and leaders love. We have raised $21M (and we rapped about it) in funding led by 8VC, Matrix Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.

**Responsibilities**

**Not limited to -**

**Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Play the role of a project manager by working closely with the GTM and Product teams to execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Address challenges proactively and find creative solutions to ensure project success.

**Process Improvement & SOP Development**:
Ideate and strategize with the Chief of Staff to identify opportunities for improving existing processes.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

**Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis**:
Work closely with Operations on goal setting, tracking and reporting
- Regularly monitor performances of teams, projects and team members. Keep everyone in check

Coordinate with different departments on data, crunch numbers for investors and internal stakeholders

**Desired Qualifications**
- 2+ years at consulting, growth, project management, analytics or similar roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in performance monitoring and analysis
- Ability to synthesize data and extract key insights
- Experience in developing business strategies and identifying new growth opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the SAAS or related fields is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
