**Job Title: Customer Service Executive - US Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality customer support through various communication channels, including phone calls during US business hours.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: HSC or Graduation. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a proper Cluster 2 communicator.
- **Shift Details**: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. 5 days of work with 2 rotational days off.
- **Transportation**: Pick-up and drop-off services will be provided.
