**We are looking for Sales Executives for our organization - Deepak Builders & Developers, Nashik**

**Office location - Deepak Builders & Developers, in front of Central Bank of India, Mumbai Naka,**

**Kalika Mandir, 422002**

**Responsibility and Duties**
- Update data in the CRM by providing proper data/feedback of field visits.
- Achieve Sales & Revenue Targets.
- Must have required communication skills.
- Shall coordinate with the customers and resolve their queries regarding the project.
- To maintain the data & follow ups of potential buyers.
- Network with existing & new clients.
- Shall coordinate with the site team for project updates.
- Should be willing to travel occasionally.
- Need to regularly identify and visit the sites for generating leads
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Regularly conducting market research to identify new projects, properties and builders & keeping yourself updated with the competitor’s work
- Prepares reports & chart by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Daily calling of customers along with maintaining daily progress report & daily updating of those reports.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Must have Experience of 1-2 Years in Marketing
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Immediate joining is preferred.
