The Third-Party Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to third-party healthcare providers, including pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. They serve as a liaison between the pharmaceutical company and third-party entities, ensuring that products are effectively marketed and distributed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Promotion**:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to third-party healthcare providers through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including pharmacists, physicians, and hospital administrators.
- Identify opportunities to increase product awareness and market penetration within the third-party sector.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Gather feedback from third-party healthcare providers to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Account Management**:
- Manage accounts within the third-party sector, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- **Training and Education**:
- Educate third-party healthcare providers about product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions and seminars to ensure that customers are knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical products being promoted.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, preferably with a focus on third-party sales.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
