**Job Description: Sales Executive - LCV Vehicles**

**Department**: Sales
**Location**: Katraj, Pune
**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
- Identify and approach potential clients, including small businesses, fleet operators, and individuals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide clients with detailed information about LCV models, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close sales.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions and transaction details.
- Coordinate with the finance department for customer financing options and ensure timely processing of paperwork.
- Ensure proper delivery of vehicles to customers and follow up post-delivery for customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and plan strategies.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest LCV products, features, and competitive offerings.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or LCV segment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
