We, the team of

Our products are made of premium grade of precast concrete like
**FRC, GRC, SFRC, PFRC, UHPC, Pervious Concrete, Pigmented Concrete, Decorative Concrete** etc. We work with highly customised production system where designers and architects get freedom to explore more in concrete.

We have team who are constantly working on new designs and development of products. Till date, we have developed more than 2500 concrete products using our skill and expertise. We have tried to cater wide range of customer segment by making such a huge products portfolio.

We have in-house expertise to create new designs, prototyping, creating moulds, batching and mixing, production, packaging and delivery. We have created 150+ secrete concrete formulations. Our team has enough knowledge to make concrete more “

We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Estimator who can help us enhance our business activities. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Review project plans, requirements and specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and materials pricing
- Coordinate subcontract solicitations and job walks
- Determine labour and construction of model and equipment costs
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules
- Submit requisitions for purchase of materials related work
- Compare competitive trade bids.
- Review preliminary quotes and pre-bid estimates with Project Manager Secure all bid documents (bid forms and quote letters)
- Submit drawings to subcontractors
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supervise and train estimating staff.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
- Ability to make accurate judgments and calculations.
- Working knowledge of construction costs and principles.
- Estimating experience (quantity take-offs, purchasing accounting; engineering design knowledge and project management experience desirable)
- Drafting and computer skills.
- Proficiency in English.
