**Qualifications & requirements**
- Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a finance cum administrative executive or in a similar role with 2 +year experience in financial analysis
- Experience in ERP environment is a must. Well versed in Excel, Word and Power point
- Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization.
- Excellent people manager, Exhibits enthusiasm, positive professional attitude, integrity, reliability and leadership
- **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization.
- Provides coaching and guidance to department and team members in designing solutions to Financial & Administrative problems/issues
- Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
- Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
- Preparing balance sheet, profit& loss statement.
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description
- Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
- Supervising a team of accountants and administrative clerks
- Planning the administrative policy and practices.
- Monitor the economic and financial changes
- Assist in financial audits
- Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
- Advise and assist other departments(purchase/stores/logistics/marketing) on all issues of allowances, salary advances, travel claims and other financial matters; authorize payments due for claims and services.
- Monitor & advise the other departments on cost management
- Handling management instructed administrative/financial projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
