- Loan Documentation including security documentation is properly executed and retained as per requirement of company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Loan Disbursements are approved for disbursal post completion/receipt of all required documentation if not as complete proper approval to be obtained before release of payment. Proper follow up to be done to obtain document.
- Ensures Securities Documents are safely kept and related activities are performed accurately and promptly
- Initiate the closure of accounts after repayment of loan and process the release letter for security.
- Undertake due diligence on documents prior to issuance of checklist / commitment
