***The job requires ensuring:
- Adequacy of facility documentation/security documentation/ conditions precedent post acquisition of a loan
- Tracking of covenants/exceptions emanating from Committee/Board approvals
- Adequacy of available insurance policies pertaining to properties mortgaged/hypothecated and tracking of the same in excel/system
- Initiation of Valuation/Revaluation/Stock Inspection of properties mortgaged/hypothecated as and when required along with tracking of the same in excel/system
- Issuance of Closure Letter/No Dues Letter/ Asset Release Letter/ Sale Certificate/No Objection Certificates in case of retail loans
- Vendor Management of Valuation/Stock Inspection/Storage Vendors
- Storage of original documents with the storage vendor and maintaining the record thereof
- Preparation of MIS/Reports pertaining to above as per requirements of the management
