**Database and ETL Testing**

5+ years of Quality Assurance experience- 5+ years of ETL Processes/ Data Warehouse Testing experience.- Hands-on experience in ORACLE database technologies- Strong expertise in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL scripting- Proficient in defect tracking/Quality assurance tools such as ALM and JIRA- Knowledge of automated testing is a plus.- Financial domain experience is a plus.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Understanding of business and attention to detail- Competent technical skills- Ability to work in a team and individually.- Experience with QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/SCRUM environment.**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Reviews requirements and specifications, and defines test conditions- Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to predetermined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes- Experience in preparing Test Strategy, developing Test Plan, Detailed Test Cases, writing Test Scripts by decomposing Business Requirements, and developing Test Scenarios to support quality deliverable- Analyses and reports test activities and results- Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with own work- Relational database experience covering writing queries, manipulating test data through SQL statements- Proven experience in testing following Agile/Scrum methodology- Writing SQL queries including complicated joins to verify proper mapping of data elements- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
