About the Job,

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the UX writing framework end-to-end - translating research into actionable insights, then creating content as per the designed workflows.
- Help define the role of content in user journeys across a rapidly evolving product in the Compliance Automation space.
- Help name, frame, and explain complex features of these workflows.
- Explore user needs across the user experience, including UI text, in-product tutorials, APIs, and documentation.
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, designers, onboarding specialists, and customer success to define the messaging, words, and overall UX copy strategy we deliver throughout the product from initial definition to launch.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience with digital products and brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical OR any.
- Experience in user-focused product writing including work in SaaS software, digital agency, or other relevant product areas.
- Can become an expert on our products, distilling complex ideas down into language that’s approachable
- Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Portfolio with work samples showcasing your writing skills and user experience work.
