Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX writers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with product goals and ensures consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, marketing, and development, to deliver a cohesive user experience.
  • Write and oversee the creation of clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, including UI elements, onboarding, notifications, tooltips, and more.
  • Establish and enforce content guidelines to maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all user touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to optimize content for usability and engagement.
  • Advocate for UX writing and content design best practices within the organization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in UX writing and content strategy.

Requirement:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, with at least 2 years in a team handling experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of UX design processes and the ability to integrate content seamlessly into user flows.
  • Experience working with design and development tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly content.
