**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential clients in various industries that require freight forwarding services.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.

**2. Client Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.

**3. Solution Presentation**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's freight forwarding services, including import/export logistics, customs clearance, documentation, and transportation.
- Present and demonstrate the company's services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and advantages.

**4. Sales Proposals and Negotiation**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business while ensuring that the company's profitability is maintained.

**5. Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide market feedback and insights to help the company tailor its services and stay competitive.

**6. Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

**7. Targets and Quotas**:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas set by the company.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
