Accounting Expert

**- Travel & Expense Management operational compliance and related accounting and payments, support accounting manager in general ledger management, and external & internal audits

**Key responsibilities**
**1. Travel & Expense management**:

- Verification of T&E claims to ensure claims are as per Travel policy
- drive process compliance
- Conduct refresher trainings with employees
- Monitor and clear travel clearing accounts
- Weekly employee payments

**2. General ledger management**:

- Supporting accounting manager for clearing of old open items; prepare and monitor monthly reconciliations for specific accounts

**3. Book closing**:

- Support in monthly book closing process for expense accrual and accounting adjustments; manage prepaid expenses

**4. External / internal audits**:

- Providing data for audits

**5. Compliance with internal controls and processes**:

- Support Accounting Manager in Finance internal controls and processes

**6. Other accounting support**:

- Interact and collaborate various internal stakeholders like PtP, RtR, Credit Control and Treasury teams for accounting and reporting matters
- Data extracting for statutory submissions
- monitoring intercompany accruals and transactions

**We believe you have**:

- M.Com./ MBA Finance / CA Inter with 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and travel & expense management
- Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Basic SAP FI, Concur and MS Office knowledge
