As an Area Sales Officer at Karis Building Product LLP, you will be responsible for driving sales within your designated area, ensuring consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and promoting our brand in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Target Achievement:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Identify potential customers, build and maintain a strong customer base.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the management team for product development and improvement.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Promotional Activities:

- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Provide support and training to junior sales staff as needed.

**Requirements**:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, *Marketing, or related field.

*Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

*Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
