Administrative Support
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CMD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports for CMD's review.
2. Meeting Coordination
- Agenda Preparation: Prepare and circulate agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for meetings chaired by the CMD.
- Logistics Management: Ensure all necessary materials and logistics are in place for meetings, including room bookings, technology setup, and catering.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure completion.
3. Project Management
- Task Coordination: Assist the CMD in overseeing specific projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update the CMD on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting any issues or delays.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, ensuring all relevant information is organized and accessible.
4. Confidentiality and Discretion
- Sensitive Information Handling: Safeguard confidential information, ensuring it is only shared with authorized individuals.
- CMD Representation: Act as the CMD's representative in dealings with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
5. Travel Management
- Travel Arrangements: Support in Organizing travel plans, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring all details align with the CMD's preferences.
- Expense Management: Track and manage travel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement submissions.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the CMD’s liaison when necessary.
- Coordination: Coordinate between different departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of CMD's directives.
7. Time Management and Prioritization
- Task Prioritization: Assess and prioritize tasks to optimize the CMD's time and focus on high-impact activities.
- Crisis Management: Quickly adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent situations effectively.
8. CMD Support in Decision Making
- Information Gathering: Conduct research and gather data to provide the CMD with well-rounded insights for decision-making.
- Analysis: Prepare summaries and analyses of key information to assist the CMD in strategic planning.
9. Office Management
- Office Coordination: Oversee the smooth running of the CMD’s office, including the coordination of office services, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Support: Assist in the management of CMD’s immediate team, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
10. Continuous Improvement
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the CMD's office.
- Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
