**Job Profile**:
**1) **Should have 1 - 2 years of experience in Listed Company.
**2) **Preparation and Drafting of Notices and agenda of BM, AGM & Investment Committee Body.
**3) **Maintaining Minutes Book of each BM and GM.
**4) **Preparation and Drafting of Resolutions of BM, AGM & Investment Committee Body.
**5) **Compliances in and around appointment and retirement of Directors/KMP.
**6) **Drafting of Director’s report.
**7) **Maintenance of statutory registers as per the provision of Companies Act, 2013.
**8) **Drafting & Filing of AGM Report and Fixed cum Movable Assets Statement preparation.
**9) **Drafting Resolution as and when required by Director.
**10) **Compliances in and around appointment and retirement of Auditors.
**11) **Undertaking timely K Y C of Directors.
**12) **Filing MSME returns.
**13) **Handle all the ROC related matters.
**14) **Any other work allotted by the Company from time to time.
**16) **Should be fully conversant with SEBI & stock exchange Regulation.
**17) **Salary and Perks: As per Industry norms
**18) **Employment Type: Full-time.
**19) **Will be placed at Vadodara office.
