**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Information Provision: Stay up to date with the latest visa regulations, policies, and procedures for various countries. Provide clients with accurate and current information on visa requirements, processing times, fees, and any additional travel restrictions or guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role within the travel industry is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements for different countries.
- Strong understanding of travel-related terminology, visa categories, and associated terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex visa procedures to clients clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service and support to clients.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Kolkata - 700001, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
