Mumbai, India AGS International Full time

1) Fresher with knowledge of Corporate events such as Conferences, Exhibitions,
Seminars, virtual events, Workshops, Roundtables + large format events with the
ability to execute the full life-cycle of an event and taking on full ownership of the
same.
2) The job involves coordinating with venues/hotels/agencies / 3rd party providers
& suppliers, ensuring the feasibility of the events as per area/dimensions available
and with high standard of execution.
3) Managing the pre-event production and full on-site event set-up.
4) Running virtual events and webinars, a platform set up, conducting rehearsals etc
( On Zoom and Webex platforms).
5) Ability to debrief agencies on creative inputs and collation of costs sheets.
6) Coordination of production of all trophies/awards/collaterals of branding
and liasoning with the internal teams and ensuring deliveries are within
timelines.
7) Ability to independently look for event venues as per requirement ensuring the
best costs & time optimization.
8) To provide support to all the internal teams in event management, production,
financial budgeting, and client deliverables.
9) Estimating, negotiating, and finalization of budgets as per internal SOPs
10) Tracking and managing incoming invoices and follow-up of payments.
11) Ensuring all invoicing is completed with proper PO / PR life cycle and payments
are made to vendors and agencies on time.
Requisite:
1. Strong connections with local and pan-India vendors
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Highly organized and strong time management skills with an ability to work in a fast
- paced and changing environment
4. Should be able to communicate with multiple teams across the board and be able
to multi-task + have excellent time management skills
5. Should possess high integrity and moral values
6. Graduate in any field with knowledge of MS Office
7. Should be meticulous and have an eye-for-detail
8. High ownership & action orientation
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Events management: 2 years (required)
- Event planning: 2 years (required)
