Hvac Estimator

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems for malfunctions
- Perform regular maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Collaborate with construction teams on HVAC installations in new builds or renovations
- Utilize Construction estimating skills to negotiate prices for HVAC projects
- Manage projects effectively using Project management tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Coordinate with Construction managers to ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements

**Experience**
- Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of Construction site protocols and safety measures
- Proficiency in Construction estimating and negotiation
- Familiarity with Project management software like HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Understanding of Construction management processes and contracts

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- HVAC design: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
