**CSM -CRM EXECUTIVE**

Payment Follow-up: Conducting timely and effective follow-ups on outstanding payments.

Implementing strategies to reduce payment delays and enhance cash flow.

Reorder Management: Developing and executing initiatives to encourage repeat orders.

Analyzing customer purchase history for proactive reorder suggestions.

Customer Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients post-sales.

Implementing personalized communication strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Order Dispatch: Overseeing the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders.

Providing clear and timely communication on order status and tracking details.

Document Verification: Designing and implementing secure document verification processes. Ensuring

accuracy and completeness in document submissions.

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
