MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL INSURANCE FOR 2+ YEARS
- Providing training to the non sales employees.
- Looking in to the Day to Day performance of the Non Sales department.
- Providing Day TO Day performance reports to the management.
- Reporting the manager regarding the performance of the Non sales team.
- Taking the updates from the non sales team regarding the cases.
- Updating the management on employee Non performance.
- Conducting daily meeting with Non Sales Team, understanding their problem and bring it to the notice of the management for improvements in other departments if any.
- Motivating the team to produce results.
