Role of District Coordinator : NHAI Project

1. Always be alert and keep the details of ambulance drivers and empaneled hospitals in

jurisdiction handy and expect a call from MDindia Call Centre any time.

2. Keep the mobile free/charged/in network always.

3. On receipt of intimation of accident from MDIndia Call Centre, keep basic Information like

a. Details of accident spot/Coordinates/Location

b. No of Victims

4. Share the details of nearest empaneled hospital.

5. Ensure the victim(s) are evacuated to hospital without any delay.

6. Call hospital emergency service and alert hospital to receive accident victims at

emergency/trauma care.

7. Confirm arrival of victims in hospital and are managed well for life saving medical assistance.

8. Request the hospital to raise pre-auth request to MDIndia Pre-auth team for NHAI project.

9. Contact MDIndia Pre-auth team and ensure pre-auth AL is issued to hospital within TAT of 1

hour.

10. On issue of pre-auth AL to hospital, apprise the hospital.

11. On discharge of patient get final bill, discharge summary along with supporting documents

submitted by hospital for issue of final AL.

12. Follow up with cashless team to issue of final AL to the hospital.

13. Follow-up with hospital for physical submission of claim documents.

14. Follow-up with cashless team for processing the claim.

15. Once claim is processed, apprise the hospital about status of the claim.

16. Assist in hospital visit for visiting patients/investigation etc.

17. Query compliance

18. Feedback.

19. Regular visit to hospitals.

20. Daily report as per format.
