**Job Title: B2B Sales Trainee**

As a B2B Sales Trainee in a product-based company, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for a successful career in B2B sales. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in achieving their targets and driving revenue growth by selling the company's products to other businesses. You will learn about the company's product line, target market, and sales strategies while developing your skills in prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Learn about the company's product line, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities.

4. Collaborate with senior sales representatives to shadow and learn from their sales processes and techniques.

5. Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to meet customer needs.

6. Engage with B2B prospects to understand their requirements, address any questions or concerns, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to gather relevant information and provide feedback from customers to drive product improvements.

8. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a successful career in B2B sales.
