Ø **Handling Ocean Export Documentation for global accounts**

Ø **Place bookings with the carrier as per shipper requirement.**

Ø **Coordinating with Shipper & CHA to complete the customs formalities & Container gate in on time.**

Ø **Coordinating with shipping line to get the earliest connection for smoother delivery.**

Ø **Submission SI to Liner on time & approving the BL draft.**

Ø **Follow up for invoice from Liner & making payment in time & release the Final MBL copy from Liner within Free time.**

Ø **Preparation of HBL and billing to customer & follow up with customers for payment & release the Final HBL copy.**

Ø **Sending Final Pre-alert Documents to our agents**.

Ø **Coordinating with container booking on forwarders with Liners**

Ø **Preparing VGM & FORM -13.**

Ø **Preparing Bill of Lading draft for each bill processed and make sure it is updated as per the terms.**

Ø **Tracking vessel status Country wise**

Ø **EIR copy and Shipping Bill filling of year wise**

Ø **Maintaining and managing the export records & files**

Ø **Preparing daily report, weekly report and monthly report for all kind of process in Export**

Ø **communicate with Transporter, area office and overseas for handle driver all kind of documentation issues like correction,**

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
