Mumbai, India AAAAA Trade India Full time

Coordinate with the outsource CA with regards to account GST filing and other account related activities.
- Co-ordinate office Activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (E-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Create and Maintain PO, Invoices and Bills
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
