**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to provide information about products or services and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, ensuring accurate capturing of customer information and needs.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers or leads to gather feedback, upsell additional products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Managing accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the company's database. Need to process the documentation end to end for visa, immigration and other relevant details for the same
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, sales representatives, and relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Plus 2 or a graduate. Additional qualifications in sales or communication will be a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Persistence in achieving sales targets.
- **Incentives based on overall sales and work performance**

**Salary**: ₹8,536.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month
