As a Female Sales Intern at Elite Estates, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the dynamic world of real estate sales. This position offers a hands-on learning environment where you will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop your skills and knowledge within the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying potential leads for property sales.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate property viewings and assist clients during the viewing process, providing detailed information about available properties.
- Anchor and shoot real estate-related content for social media platforms, including videos, live streams, and virtual tours, to engage with clients and showcase available properties.
- Assist in organizing and attending networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions to provide informed advice and assistance to clients.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
