Logistics Assistant

**Position Name**: Assistant (Logistics & supply chain)

**Work location **:Viman Nagar (Work from office)

**Task & Responsibilities: As per following but not limited to**
- Confirmed all shipping details before allowing packages to leave facility.
- Maintained an updated database of all shipments deliveries and returns.
- Coordinated overseas shipping with customs agents for clearance.
- Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Arranged domestic and international shipments.
- Prepared inventory and sales reports.

**Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Min Graduate
- 1-5years of experience in export import, logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in advance excel spreadsheets and ERP
- Quick learner with good interpersonal skill
- Complete knowledge of managing inventories.
- Ability to multi-task

**Work location**: Viman Nagar Pune

**5 days a week working (2 days weekly off)**

**Work time**:11:30 AM to 9:30 PM IST

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
