
Mis Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all data within the organization’s systems.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of data from various sources, including databases, software systems, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure data is collected in a standardized and efficient manner.
- **MIS Reporting**:
- Prepare and distribute routine MIS reports, including performance analysis, sales reports, and operational data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate business performance.
- Generate customized reports as per departmental or management requests.
- **System Optimization & Support**:
- Ensure the functionality and effectiveness of management information systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT departments to resolve technical problems.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades and new technology integrations.
- **Data Analysis & Presentation**:
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Present actionable insights based on data analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations for process and operational improvements.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline data entry and reporting processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of data collection and reporting.
- **Training & Guidance**:
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the proper use of data systems, tools, and reporting procedures.
- Assist team members in understanding and interpreting data to ensure consistent usage across the organization.
- **Compliance & Security**:
- Ensure all data management processes comply with company policies, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Monitor data security and ensure that sensitive information is handled appropriately.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, data management procedures, and reporting processes.
- Keep track of changes in data systems and communicate updates to the relevant teams.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in MIS coordination, data management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
- Understanding of business operations and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical teams.
